Common questions
When does my subscription start?
Access begins as soon as checkout completes. You'll be able to browse full listing details and create listings up to your plan quota right away.
What does the listing quota mean?
Each tier sets how many active listings your account can have at once — Starter up to 2, Pro up to 10, Enterprise up to 100. It is not a monthly allowance and not a lifetime total: when a listing sells or you remove it, that slot opens up again. Viewing listings is unlimited on every plan.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You'll be able to upgrade or downgrade from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle — exact proration details will be shown at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Subscription & billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
Prices shown are in CAD before tax. BC GST and PST are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing address.
